Tailor your resume to the job description. In minutes.
Open the posting. Tailr reads it, compares it to your resume line by line, and rewrites the parts that need it — using only things you’ve actually done. You approve every change before you download.
Free to start. Works on LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, and any careers site.

Everyone knows you should tailor. Almost nobody does.
A recruiter gives your resume about six seconds. In that time they’re looking for the words from their own posting — the tools, the responsibilities, the titles. A resume written for “any job” matches three or four of them. One written for this job matches eight or nine.
The problem is the cost. Done by hand, tailoring means reading the posting twice, opening your resume, hunting for the lines that almost fit, rewording them, and saving a fifth copy with a new name. Twenty minutes, if you’re quick. So after the fourth application of the evening, most people stop tailoring and start sending the generic version to everything. That’s the resume that gets ignored.
What Tailr changes, and what it won’t.
Tailr treats the posting as a list of requirements and your resume as evidence. For each requirement, it looks for a line you’ve already written that proves it, and suggests a version that says so in the posting’s own words.
- It rewords. If the posting says “stakeholder management” and your resume says “worked with product and sales,” you’ll get the former — because it’s the same thing.
- It reorders. The experience this role cares about moves up, where a skim will land on it.
- It won’t invent. No new jobs, no new degrees, no tool you’ve never opened. If you don’t have it, the requirement stays unchecked, and you decide what to do about that.
Adds: the “cross-functional” language from the posting’s second requirement.
